Theodore = Oak patriarch
Abel = mayor of Pallet
Theodore = headmaster of Pallet's postal service
Samuel = researcher/professor
Robin = Sam's wife, Gary's grandma; met Sam in university
Reed = their only son; works for Silph Co.
Kathy = Reed's wife, Gary's mom; also works for Silph
Reed and Kathy basically dump Gary with Samuel and don't spend much time visiting him as they travel a lot for their jobs.
